So how does Online Personal Training work? It's much the same as any other Personal Training. First, you fill out some forms, so your Online Personal Training Team knows about your current fitness level, any health problems, and what your goals are. Then your case will be reviewed by our team of Online Personal Trainers and Nutritionists. We will usually have one Personal Trainer make a phone appointment with you to explain what you should do next, and answer all of your questions. Then you will be given your own personal exercise and nutrition plan. Your exercise routine will consist of many exercises presented to you just like they are on this page. You will fill out a weekly report, which your team of Fitness Professionals will use to update your program. Your Personal Trainer will call you and email you every week to monitor your progress, update your program, and answer your questions. We walk you though everything, step by step.

We pioneered online and telephone based Personal Training when we were contacted by someone that lived 1,100 miles away. He has lost a leg in a car accident and then put on 40 pounds because he didn't know how to exercise. He asked us to please find a way to help him. He is now doing great. Soon you will be too!
